We're locals. 

My wife and I live and breathe Geneseo. I am a life long resident. My wife is a SUNY Geneseo graduate, as well as a kindergarten teacher at the elementary school. We live and raise our family right here because we know just how magical this place is.

Whether you are from downstate, central, western or way up north you know there is no place in New York like Geneseo. We want you to love where you live just like we do. To make that possible, we ensure that our properties are clean, up to date, and most importantly welcoming. I try to follow the guideline of, would I want one of my children to live there?
